Courtney Porter joined A&A Pain Institute in March of 2004 shortly after completing her Masters of Science in Nursing and becoming a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. Courtney brought over nine years of experience as a surgical registered nurse at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, specializing in vascular, trauma, and transplant surgery. She worked an additional two years in critical care for bone marrow and stem cell transplant patients. Courtney attended undergraduate and graduate school at Barnes School of Nursing at the University of Missouri - Saint Louis.
